Redeeming Points
Points are our way of rewarding your trust. You can redeem them once you reach 500 points (worth €15) and enjoy the discount on your next order. Points remain active for 12 months from the date they were earned, so you can use them whenever you choose.
REWARD PROGRAM TERMS
- Points redemption is carried out exclusively through purchases
on besnobonline.com. - Points are applied as a discount at checkout only for eligible orders.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash, credit balances or gift cards.
- Points are personal and cannot be transferred between accounts, assigned, or combined with other users’ balances.
- Points cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or discounts.
- The validity of the points is twelve (12) months from the date they were earned.
- To have points added to your account, you must be logged in when completing your
purchase. - In case of product return or refund, the corresponding points are deducted from your account.
- When purchasing a gift, points are credited exclusively to the buyer’s connected account and not to the recipient’s.
- Points for product reviews are granted only for one (1) review per product and per order
